Nova Court

Nova Court is a development of 18 new 2, 3 and 4-bedroom townhouses on a brownfield site close to Crewe town centre. The scheme was designed to meet level 4 of the code for sustainable homes. It incorporates sedum roofs, photo-voltaic panels, home offices and enhanced insulation levels.

The scheme has been designed to sit harmoniously within the surrounding red-brick Victorian townhouses. There are two parallel terraces which address the urban street context with a rear garden and parking court to the rear. The ground and first floor are brickwork, while the second floor is clad in metal, timber and glass with balconies overlooking rear gardens.
